You don’t have to choose alone. Reach out for a consultation. Tell us a little about your concerns, preferred schedule, and insurance or payment needs, and we’ll help you explore clinicians who may be a good fit.
-
An initial consultation is a free 15-minute conversation to discuss what brings you to counseling, ask questions about our services, and explore which clinician may be a good fit. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
-
A consultation helps you explore your options before beginning counseling. An intake is your first clinical appointment: your therapist will review your concerns, relevant history, and goals, explain confidentiality, and begin developing a plan with you. Intake appointments have a session fee; insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs depend on your plan and clinician.
-
Your first appointment is a chance to get to know your therapist, share what brought you to counseling, and discuss your goals. You don’t need to prepare a perfect explanation or share everything right away—we’ll help guide the conversation.
-
We accept select insurance plans, with participation varying by clinician and location. Share your insurance information when you contact us so we can help clarify your options. Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your plan’s benefits.
-
You and your therapist will discuss a schedule based on your needs, goals, and availability. The frequency of appointments may change as treatment progresses.

Typically, sessions are 53-55 minutes long.
