Colleen provides individual counseling to address a wide range of mental health issues, with a particular focus on the perinatal population. She understands the importance of supporting mothers and enjoys guiding clients through the various stages of their pregnancy journeys, navigating motherhood, returning to work postpartum, achieving work-life balance, addressing self-esteem issues, and transitioning through different life stages.
Her therapeutic approach is primarily based on cognitive behavioral therapy but also incorporates client-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-informed techniques. Rachel Stephenson obtained two master's degrees in clinical mental health counseling and school counseling from Northern Kentucky University.
With her experience working with individuals of all age groups, Rachel has developed a specialization in assisting clients dealing with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and anger management. She offers both group counseling and individual therapy sessions, utilizing a counseling approach that combines person-centered therapy with cognitive behavioral therapy. Rachel strongly believes in fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment, where her clients receive unconditional positive regard.

Emily is a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to creating a welcoming, affirming, and supportive space where clients feel safe to be themselves. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families, but is open to working with all age groups.She is passionate about assisting clients that are dealing with anxiety, depression, self harm, anger management, and growing their skills to navigate interpersonal conflicts. She takes an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring sessions to each client’s unique needs. She frequently incorporates techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), particularly distress tolerance skills, along with motivational interviewing, solution-focused strategies, and a strengths-based perspective to help clients build resilience and make meaningful change.
She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Cincinnati and is committed to helping clients develop insight, confidence, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
