Colleen provides individual counseling to address a wide range of mental health issues, with a particular focus on the perinatal population. She understands the importance of supporting mothers and enjoys guiding clients through the various stages of their pregnancy journeys, navigating motherhood, returning to work postpartum, achieving work-life balance, addressing self-esteem issues, and transitioning through different life stages.
Her therapeutic approach is primarily based on cognitive behavioral therapy but also incorporates client-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-informed techniques. This allows her to tailor her services to meet the specific needs of each individual. Colleen offers both in-person and telehealth sessions to clients in Ohio and would be honored to accompany you on your journey toward living the life you desire.

Rachel Stephenson obtained two master's degrees in clinical mental health counseling and school counseling from Northern Kentucky University.
With her experience working with individuals of all age groups, Rachel has developed a specialization in assisting clients dealing with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and anger management. She offers both group counseling and individual therapy sessions, utilizing a counseling approach that combines person-centered therapy with cognitive behavioral therapy. Rachel strongly believes in fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment, where her clients receive unconditional positive regard.
Rachel’s ultimate goal is to provide the utmost support to her clients in their journey towards mental well-being.
